PRODUCTION WEEK SCHEDULE

Location:  Pike Performing Arts Center, 6701 Zionsville Road, Indpls

Parking:  Cast members park in the rear of PPAC and enter through Bldg/Door 9A.  Parking Passes will be issued Thursday of production week to allow you to park in this parking area during production weekend.  Passes issued to DRIVERS ONLY. 

Attendance:  Mandatory for production week.  You should inform your area leader if you will be arriving late due to your job, otherwise unexpected or emergency issues arising that will cause you to be late or absent should be made known to your leader right away. Your area leader will apprise you of the telephone number to call to reach them.

Call Cast Line:  Before leaving home and coming to a rehearsal or performance.  There may be urgent information that you need to know before arriving.  Cast Line: (317) 285-0551, press the star (*) key and listen to the recorded message.

Monday (3/26) [8am-9pm]

8am - AVL Load-In

9am - Main Event Sound Load-In

11am - Prop/Costume Load-In

Assemble Stage and Video Wall

5:30p-8:30p - Musician Sound Check (5:30pm-8:30pm)

Cast/Choir not present today (Monday 3/26)

Tuesday (3/27) [10am-10pm]

10am - AVL Setup

3pm- Main Event Sound Set-up

4pm - Musicians Arrival

5pm - Cast/Choir arrival and check-in

5:30pm-6pm - Choreography/Dance warm-up

6pm-6:30pm - Choir & Band sound check/warm-up

6:30pm-10pm - Technical Rehearsal

[Cast & Tech Run/Walk-Thru (Blocking), sound, lighting, band, choir, no curtain]

6pm-10pm - Box Office

NoteLunch & Dinner will be provided for UTR staff & contractors ONLY who will be working all day today.  Cast members are not to indulge.  We encourage you to eat before you arrive each evening for rehearsals.  Hot tea and water will be provided for vocalists (singers and those with speaking parts).  

Wednesday (3/28) [10am-10pm]

10am – Stage/Tech Work Session

10:30am – Deliveries (Best Rentals, Engledow)

1:00pm – Troy Trinkle Load-In

3:00pm – Main Event Sound Set-Up

5:00pm - Cast/Choir arrival and check-in

5p-10pm - House Team (Lobby setup)

5:30pm – Troy Trinkle “Ascension” Run-Through

5:30-6pm - Choreography/Dance warm-up

6p-6:30pm - Choir & Band sound check/warm-up

6:30pm-10pm – Rehearsal

6pm-10pm - Box Office

5:30pm - Cast Pre-Performance Prayer

6:45pm - Choir in pit.  (Choir released from prayer at 6:30pm to go to pit).

7pm - Performance #1

Saturday (3/31) [9:00am-11pm]

2p-4pm - Cast Meal Break - Meal served this year at New Wineskin Ministries (4501 W. 38th Street, Indy)

Please Note:  The dinner at New Wineskin following the 11am performance is provided for cast and volunteers only.  Exceptions can only be made by the Directors (Sharon or Pastor Hill).  We are attempting to acquire a couple of buses to transport cast to and from New Wineskin.  Others feel free to carpool.  Thank you for representing UTR well and enjoy the meal. (P.S. We have one more performance after we eat, so don't overdo it but do enjoy!)

Saturday (3/31) (4:30pm-11pm)
