Refunding all preorders of the UTR2023 Final Curtain Call Videos

To: UTR Patrons who pre-ordered and paid for one or more UTR2023 Final Curtain Call Videos
It is with deep regret that we must inform you that the company responsible for editing and producing the videos for our final curtain-call performances has still not provided a firm completion date. We were initially promised a completion date as well as a second projected date, but for unforeseen reasons, the production company still has been unable to meet the dates promised.
After years of bringing you the annual passion play, this is most disappointing and is not the way we chose to end our 40-year experience with our patrons. When we first announced a delay and a new projected completion date, we offered you a refund if you chose not to wait. To our surprise, No One asked for a refund and everyone was willing to wait. That speaks volumes to the caliber of patrons who have supported us over the years. Thank you for your kindness.
However, because we have been unable to solidify a firm completion date with the video production company at this time, we chose to demonstrate our integrity by refunding everyone who pre-ordered and paid for one or more videos. Once the videos have been completed, we will honor the same pre-order price for all those on our pre-order list. In addition, we will also provide an additional 10% discount on your video order as well as a 10% discount off the ticket price of our November Dinner Show production: James Baldwin’s The Amen Corner, starring the executive director of the Upon This Rock Passion Play, Sharon Thompson-Hill. Tickets go on sales September 18, 2023.

The Refund Process:
All refunds will be mailed out in check form. We will need you to complete the form below with your full name, mailing address, the products you ordered, and the total amount you paid. Your info will be matched against our pre-order list and a refund check will be mailed to your attention. Make sure you provide the name of the person who originally placed the order on the form. Orders paid with a credit card, cash app, or other electronic means: Because of the time-lapse from your original card charge, we are unable to reverse the charges on your card as a refund. Again, your refund will come in the form of a check.
