1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this plan is to coordinate every aspect of the UTR Dinner Theatre meal experience—from advance planning, purchasing, food preparation and dining-room transformation through guest arrival, buffet service, cast meals, performance transition, cleanup and final restoration.

The meal is part of the overall theatrical experience.

Our objective is to provide guests with an experience that is:

POLICY

The buffet closes five minutes before curtain.

The buffet will not reopen after the official closing time.

All dinner-ticket patrons arriving after the buffet has closed will receive a boxed meal upon arrival.

Meal service will not delay the scheduled curtain.

3. LEADERSHIP & CHAIN OF COMMAND

HOSPITALITY/DINING ROOM LEAD

The Hospitality/Dining Room Lead oversees the entire UTR Dinner Theatre meal experience.

All meal-related team leaders and volunteers report to the Hospitality/Dining Room Lead.

The Hospitality/Dining Room Lead has overall responsibility for:
